Pick up from Entebbe or Kampala hotel and start your scenic drive southwest toward Bwindi Forest. Stop at the Equator for photos and souvenirs and have lunch in Mbarara. Continue to Bwindi, home to mountain gorillas and other primates.

After breakfast, head to Bwindi headquarters for a briefing before your gorilla trek. Trekking may take 2–8 hours depending on gorilla movements. Spend one hour observing these magnificent primates up close in their natural habitat.
In the afternoon, optionally visit the Batwa pygmy community to learn about their traditional culture and lifestyle. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through Ishasha, known for its tree-climbing lions and abundant wildlife including monkeys, elephants, and kobs.
Upon arrival, check into your lodge, enjoy lunch, and embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, spotting hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birds such as malachite kingfishers and saddle-billed storks.
Start early with a morning game drive in Kasenyi and other tracks, spotting lions, buffaloes, antelopes, and elephants. After lunch, enjoy another boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, observing riverine wildlife and birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy a final morning game drive as you depart Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stop for lunch en route and arrive in Kampala or Entebbe Airport for your departure flight.
